Others Head of the Korea China Association for Cultural Exchange Ms. QU Huan Visited the TCS

On October 17, 2017, Ms. QU Huan, Head of the Korea China Association for Cultural Exchange (KCACE) paid a visit to the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) and exchanged talks with the Secretary-General and two Deputy Secretary-Generals.
SG LEE Jong-heon and Ms. QU shared thoughts on the recent progress of the trilateral cooperation including the Trilateral Local Governments’ Forum on Three Rural Issues 2017 participated by the heads of the two organizations and discussed possible way of collaboration between the TCS and KCACE.
KCACE is one of the major cultural exchange organizations between the ROK and China established in 2003 with an aim to promote mutual friendships between the two countries.
