On October 14, 2024, Deputy Secretary-General Yan Liang delivered a lecture at Yonsei University's Graduate School of International Studies titled “Trilateral Cooperation: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow” .

During his address, DSG YAN highlighted the 9th Trilateral Summit's achievements and its impact on the future of cooperation among the three countries. He stressed the importance of youth exchange programs and encouraged more Yonsei students to join CAMPUS Asia and TCS youth projects.
