Following the 1st round of FTA negotiations among China, Japan and the ROK this March, the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (hereinafter “the TCS”) will hold the CJK FTA Seminar on the afternoon of June 18, 2013, at Dongshan Hotel, Weihai, China in collaboration with Weihai Municipal Government and with media support from China Daily. This event will accommodate government officials, scholars and business representatives of the three countries to reflect on the progress with the CJK FTA, explore its significance with trilateral cooperation as well as regional implications, and share views on prospects and challenges for its future establishment. Mr. YU Jianhua, Assistant Minister of Commerce of China will attend the seminar and deliver the keynote speech.
