Others TCS Delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Water Resources of China 2018.02.08
On February 8, 2018, the 4th Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) Board paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China in Beijing and met with Mr. LIU Zhiguang, Director-General of the Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology.

Mr. LIU introduced water resources management policies in China, the history of the trilateral water resources mechanism, and China’s efforts in promoting trilateral cooperation in this area. In addition, he acknowledged and expressed appreciation to TCS’ past support to the mechanism. Both MWR and TCS agreed that more frequent exchange and contact between different levels of staff among the three countries will serve better for the development of the mechanism, and joint projects during the interval will strengthen the tie. MWR and TCS looked forward to working together more closely to advance this critical and promising mechanism in the future.
