Others Secretary-General YANG Houlan’s Visit to Rizhao city

From September 23 to 24, 2016, Secretary-General YANG Houlan visited the Rizhao city in Shandong Province. His visit was accompanied by TU Jingchang, Deputy Mayor of Rizhao Municipal Government, QIN Xiuyun, Director of Rizhao Foreign & Oversea Chinese Affairs Office, LU Wei, Vice President of Rizhao People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and QIAO Wen, Director of Socio-Cultural Affairs of the TCS.
On September 24, SG YANG met with QI Jiabin, Mayor of Rizhao Municipal Government and other officials. During the meeting, SG YANG was informed of the development of Rizhao. SG YANG introduced the progress of trilateral cooperation and TCS’ activities with local governments. Mayor QI expressed wishes to strengthen communication and cooperation with Japan and Korea, and further promote trilateral cooperation in the field of business and sports. He said he hoped to gain TCS’ support in the future.
During his visit, SG YANG also travelled to Hyundai Powertech(Shandong) Co., Rizhao Port, Rizhao Urban Planning Exhibition Center, Shandong Economic and Technological Development Zones, Olympic Aquatics Stadium and Lanhai No.1 camping park.
