The 13th China-Japan-Korea Personnel Policy Network Joint Training Program for Young/Middle-level Public Employees was held online from January 18 to 19. Hosted by the National Personnel Authority of Japan, staff from the National Civil Service Administration of China and the Ministry of Personnel Management of Korea attended. This is an annual program held since 2007, intended as a platform for the young and middle-level staff from the three countries' personnel administrations to convene and discuss each administration's concerns and challenges. Moreover, it is intended to create personal ties between the staff of the three countries. 

This year's program saw lively discussion between the participants concerning current issues facing their civil service systems. Participants attended online lectures and gave presentations of their own. From the TCS, Deputy-Secretary General SAKATA Natsuko delivered remarks. Furthermore, program participants also listened to a lecture from TCS about trilateral cooperation and cultural characteristics of the three countries' public sector.
