第五次中日韩海关领导人会议于2015年10月31日在韩国首尔举行。 韩国关税厅厅长金乐会、日本财务省关税局局长佐川宣寿和中国海关总署署长于广洲分别率团与会。
会议期间，三方就海关手续合作、知识产权保护合作等议题深入交换了意见，并重申了三国海关合作重要性。
