2024年3月29日，中日韩商事调解中心首尔联络处揭牌仪式在韩国首尔举行。中日韩合作秘书处（以下简称“秘书处”）副秘书长颜亮应邀出席，并在涉韩投资&纠纷解决研讨会上发表讲话。中日韩国际商事调解中心主任王丽博士主持揭牌仪式。来自中韩两国200余名法律和商界人士参加了此次活动。
颜副秘书长介绍了秘书处的历史、主要使命以及成立以来取得的成绩。他认为，中日韩商事调解中心首尔联络处将为三国解决争议提供有力支持，进一步从法律层面维护经贸往来。
