磋商机制 欧渤芊秘书长在第11届人口政策对话会上致辞

2023年7月19日，中日韩合作秘书处秘书长欧渤芊大使出席第11届人口政策对话会，并在会上发表讲话。对话会由韩国保健福祉部主办。中国国家卫生健康委员会、韩国保健福祉部、日本厚生劳动省的政府官员以及三国相关研究机构专家出席对话会。
欧秘书长在讲话中提到，人口负增长已成为中日韩三国面临的长期性、战略性问题。自2019年以来，三国在人口问题上一直保持着密切的交流与合作。同时，中日韩合作秘书处也积极为三国应对少子化和老龄化问题搭建共同平台。欧秘书长强调，不应一味将人口老龄化视为负资产，相反，三国可以通过政策引导、数字技术创新与应用，打造积极健康的老龄化社会，持续发挥人口红利。中日韩三国试验探索出一条成功的由人口驱动向科技和创新驱动转型的全新发展之道，可以为国际社会解决人口问题提供东方智慧。
