Ms. KIMURA Yoko, Chairman of the Board of
Directors, the Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR) of Japan, along with Mr. KODANI Akira, Director of Seoul Branch of CLAIR,
visited the TCS and met with Mr. CHEN Feng and Mr. LEE
Jon-heon, Deputy Secretary-Generals of the TCS on November 18, 2013. The
TCS expressed its sincere gratitude for CLAIR’s cordial arrangement of the TCS’
participation to the 15th Trilateral Government Exchange Conference held this month in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. The TCS and the CLAIR had discussion on the
importance of Local Government Exchange among the three
countries, and agreed on active cooperation between the TCS and the CLAIR to
facilitate the trilateral mechanisms at grass-root
levels.
