磋商机制 道上尚史秘书长出席第12届中日韩卫生部长会议

12 月 15 日，第12届中日韩卫生部长会议在韩国首尔举行。中国国家卫生健康委员会主任马晓伟、日本厚生劳动大臣加藤胜信和韩国保健福祉部长官朴凌厚率团出席会议。中日韩合作秘书处秘书长道上尚史、世界卫生组织西太平洋地区主任葛西健作为观察员与会。
会议上，三国部长就“通过信息通信技术(ICT)实现全民健康覆盖”“新发再发传染病防控”和“积极健康老龄化”等领域合作交换了意见，一致同意继续进行有效的信息共享和相关领域探讨,以应对三国所面临的健康威胁及卫生领域共同课题。会议通过《第12届中日韩卫生部长会议联合声明》,批准《中日韩积极健康老龄化合作宣言》并同意提交中日韩领导人会议审议。会议结束后，三国部长续签《中日韩关于共同防范和应对流感大流行和新发再发传染病的联合行动计划》，并举行了联合新闻发布会。
12 月 14 日，与会代表团访问了位于韩国原州市的韩国国民健康保险公团，各方就如何利用信息通信技术完善国民健康保险制度等共同关心的问题及对策交换了意见。
